 at 8:41 AM National Cadet Corps The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is one of the most established uniformed youth organisations in Singapore. As of 2006, it had a total strength of 523 officers and 18,500 cadets spread over 143 Land Units, 21 Sea Units and 18 Air Units.
